Adding or Removing Pages from the Book
1. First, log in to your account. Then, from the Dashboard, navigate to Manage and select “Manage Account.”
2. Manage Account Page will appear.
3. Just a quick reminder: page count changes must be made in multiples of four. Once you're done, scroll down and hit 
to save your changes.
