How to turn on permissions for the LiNK APP
In order to allow parents to upload via the LiNK App, the yearbook account admin will need to turn on permissions in the yearbook account. First they can go to the Sell tab then select Setup LINK
Next select Mobile in the left menu
In the Manage LINK- Mobile App page you can check off what you would like parents access to. For them to be able to upload photos you must have the following permissions checked:
The other permissions are up to the advisor's discretion to turn on or off. When you have made your selections, select the blue Confirm LINK Changes button to save your changes.
How to Download the LiNK APP
In the Entourage LINK App, users can instantly submit photos from their phones to the yearbook project. Click on the links below to download, or search for them on your phone’s app store using “Entourage LINK”.
How to Navigate the LiNK APP
Once you install the app on your phone, you can login using your same credentials as the customer website.
After you enter your username and password it will confirm which project you would like to access.
Once on the home screen, you will see a Newsfeed of recent activity, photo uploads, announcements from the yearbook staff and Entourage.
From here you can view uploaded photos, upload photos and videos from your phone, view your yearbook, and edit your account information.
