Whether you're placing an order, asking about marketing materials, or just need a quick answer, our live chat option is one of the fastest ways to get help.
💬 How to Access Live Chat
You can start a live chat directly from your dashboard:
Dashboard > Help > Contact Support
Then click Chat Live with Tech Support to begin your conversation.

💡 Chat is also available directly within the Designer, so you can get help without leaving your workspace.

🗨️ When you initiate a chat, a dialog box will appear asking for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your school or organization name
- Your department (please select Sales)

A representative will be available to assist you in real time during business hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST
