If you're having trouble accessing your Entourage account due to a computer glitch, don’t worry — here are a few simple steps to help you get back on track.

✅ 1. Refresh or Restart

Sometimes the fix is quick:

Refresh your browser

Sign out and sign back in

Restart your computer

✅ 2. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

Stored data can cause login or loading issues.
Clear your cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

✅ 3. Try a Different Browser

We recommend using:

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge

If you're already using one, try switching to the other.

✅ 4. Check Internet Connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Try switching networks or resetting your Wi-Fi if needed.

✅ 5. Disable Browser Extensions

Ad blockers and extensions may interfere.

Temporarily disable them

Try accessing your account again

✅ 6. Update Your Browser

Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.

✅ 7. Try Incognito / Private Browsing

This helps bypass stored cache issues.

You can use the shortcut keys: Ctrl + Shift + N
 

✅ 8. If the Login Screen Is Unresponsive

Type your login credentials slowly

Click "Login" only once and wait a moment

If there's an error, retry after restarting the browser
