Option 1: Request a High-Quality File from the Staff Option 2: Save the Low-Resolution Ad Preview

We understand that you may want to keep a digital copy of your ad for your records or to use as a reference next year. While the LINK Ad Designer does not offer an option to download a final, high-resolution PDF or photo file of the finished ad, you have two key options for obtaining a copy:

Option 1: Request a High-Quality File from the Staff

You can coordinate and request with the school or organization’s yearbook advisor to generate a PDF copy of your ad. Since they manage the final project, they are able to access the high-resolution files and export a copy for you.

Option 2: Save the Low-Resolution Ad Preview

You can easily save the low-resolution ad preview displayed in the review stage for personal reference:

How to Save the Ad Preview Image

Follow these steps to save a reference image of your ad directly from your web browser:

  • Once you've completed your design, click the Continue & Review button in the Ad Designer.
  • When the ad preview appears on the confirmation screen, Right-Click on the image and select "Open Image in New Tab."
  • Switch to the new browser tab. Right-Click on the large preview image again and select "Save Image As..."
  • Finalize: Choose a location on your computer, update the file name (e.g., "StudentAd_2026"), and click Save.

⚠️ Please Note: The image saved using this method is a low-resolution preview intended for screen viewing and reference only. It is not recommended to be used for printing or submitted as an ad in the future, as it will not meet the high-resolution requirements for the final yearbook production.
