Can I extend our order deadline?

Yes, you can change or extend the order deadline for your books and ads. You can do so by clicking Sell from the top menu of your yearbook dashboard, then Setup LINK and Setup Online Sales / Ad Sales. Can I offer coupon codes to parents?

Yes! You can create LINK coupons for ads and yearbook purchases. In your main yearbook dashboard, click the SELL tab and select Link Coupons. From there, you can choose the product type and the kind of discount that you'd like to offer with the coupons.

Can parents order more than 1 book?

Yes, parents can order multiple books from the school's online store. These can either be for the same student or for multiple students. If a parent wants to order multiple books for the same student, they can simply update the quantity of the book in the cart. Can I view who bought multiple books?

Yes, you can do so by tracking your yearbook sales. In your yearbook dashboard, click Sell from the top menu, then select Manage Yearbook Sales, and finally Track Yearbook Sales. It will provide you with a list of all the people who have ordered the yearbooks, as well as download a copy of this list by clicking the Download button.

Can I add my cover to the online store?

Yes, you can do this during the online sales setup. From your yearbook dashboard, click Sell, then select Setup LINK , complete all the steps until you reach the last step which lets you select the image that you would like to use as your default product icon. Click Save once you are done.

Can I import photos from cloud storages like Google Photos and Dropbox?

There is no option of importing photos from cloud storages like Dropbox and Google Photos. You can instead save the photos to your computer then upload them in the ad designer.

Can I customize my online store?

Yes. There are many ways you can customize your online store. For instance, you can choose whether to allow post-approval online sales, free e-yearbook add-ons, set the pricing, deadline, inventory, and the default product icon for your book. Just click Sell from the top menu of your yearbook dashboard, and select Setup LINK .

Can I download or save a copy of my ad to my computer?

We do not have an option to download a pdf copy or photo file of an ad that was designed in LINK, but you can save the ad preview as an image by doing the following steps: From the ad designer, click Continue & Review Right Click on the ad preview and select Open Image in New Tab Right Click again and click Save Image As Update the file name and

Will my ad print okay?

Can I import photos from Facebook and instagram for my ads?

There is no option of importing photos from Facebook, Instagram, or cloud storages. You can instead save the photos to your computer then upload them in the ad designer.

Can I use pdf files instead of photo files for ads?

Yes, you can upload PDF files inside the ad designer and use it as part of your design or as the whole content of your ad. Just click the Insert Photos button from the left menu, click the Upload tab, and select Upload PDF. Once uploaded, click the PDFs tab and select the file you want to insert.

Can I use the photos I uploaded in the home page for my ads?

No. Photos uploaded from the school's LINK homepage cannot be used for ads. These photos can only be viewed and used inside the yearbook designer.

Can I reuse an ad from last year?

No. Ads from previous projects is no longer accessible to LINK users once the yearbook project is submitted for production. It may, however, be accessible to the yearbook staff if they have agreed to store last year's project in Entourage's Vault during the approval process.

Can I change the name of the ad that I created?

Yes, if you still have not submitted and paid for your ad, you can still name it. After saving the ad from the ad designer, click the Continue & Review button at the top right. In the review page, type in the name of your ad in the space under Name Your Ad. However, if you have already paid for your ad, you can no longer change it's name.

Can I order more than one ad?

Yes, you can order more than one ad through our online store, LiNK. You can design multiple ads and pay for them at the same time, or, when you are in the shopping cart, you can update the quantity of ads that you wish to purchase.

Can I go back and edit an ad if I don't want to pay for it yet?

Yes. If your ad is unfinished and you don't want to submit and pay for it yet, you can go back to it at a later time by clicking the My Started Designs button on the left menu of the LINK home page. Click the Edit button beside the ad to continue working on it.

Are ad designs printed in all books?
