You may decide that you would like to review the content you’ve added to your book so far, but don’t need a printed proof book right now. EDONext offers the option to generate a PDF Preview of your entire book as it currently looks.

To do so, navigate to the Manage Ladder page of your yearbook project. Click the Preview Book button. 

You will now see a flip-book preview of your entire book. Scrolling further down that page, you will also see a section to generate a PDF. Enter your email address and click the Generate New PDF Preview button. 

The process of generating a PDF may take 5-10 minutes. Once finished generating, your PDF will arrive to your email in the from of a link. Using the link, you can then view, print, or share your PDF as you like.

If you ever lose track of this PDF, you can navigate back to the Preview Book page. From here, you’ll be able to view a list of all your previously generated PDFs, as well as request a new PDF as often as needed.
