✅ The Solution: Download First, Then Upload Step 1: Download Your Photos to Your Computer/Device Step 2: Upload into the Ad Designer

No, the Ad Designer does not have a direct option to import photos from social media platforms (like Facebook or Instagram) or cloud storage services (like Google Drive or Dropbox).

This limitation is in place to protect your privacy and ensure you are uploading the highest quality version of your files directly from your own device.

✅ The Solution: Download First, Then Upload

The good news is that you can easily save your images to your computer or device first, and then upload them directly into the Ad Designer.

Follow this simple, two-step process:

Step 1: Download Your Photos to Your Computer/Device

You must first move the photo from the online service to your local storage.

How to Download (General Guide)

Crucial Tip

Facebook/Instagram

Go to the photo, open it full-size, right-click (on a computer) or use the "three-dot" menu to find the "Download" or "Save Image" option.

DO NOT right-click and save a small thumbnail. Always open the photo to its largest size first to get the best resolution for printing.

Google Drive

Log into Drive, right-click on the photo or file, and select "Download." (Note: If you select multiple files, they will download as a single ZIP file you'll need to unzip.)

Ensure you download the original, uncompressed file for the best print quality.

Dropbox/Other Cloud

Log into the service, open the image, and use the "Download" button provided on the image view page.

Check that the downloaded file format is a standard image type like .jpg or .png.

Step 2: Upload into the Ad Designer

Once the photos are saved on your computer (likely in your "Downloads" or "Pictures" folder):

Upload photos by clicking “Insert Photo” icon on the left of the designer. Doing so, a new window will pop up for you to insert Photos, PDFs and to Upload a photo.

Click the “Upload” tab to upload your photos by dragging and dropping them into the white box, or select “Browse” to find the photos that you would like to add from your computer. You can also upload PDFs the same way, click the Upload PDF tab. Please see below images.

Once you are done uploading photos or PDFs you need, it will automatically switch you to Photos to show those uploaded files. From there you can select one photo at a time and click on any gray Photo Boxes or an existing photo in your page.  To insert another photo in the page, just open the Insert Photo again and select other photos you want to insert.

This process ensures your photos are ready to be placed and printed at the highest possible quality.
